eConsult is an efficient and simple tool implemented by NHS England to enhance patient access and signpost patients to the right Clinician or Service .

It only takes a few minutes to complete and is available to patients from the age of 6 months onwards.

The eConsult comes directly to the Practice and it is assessed by the on call Doctor and an appointment is given based on its clinical need. The patient would then be informed of its outcome within 24 working hours.

If you are unable to access the internet due to not having a computer, smart phone or ipad/tablet or have trouble filling in forms you can either attend the front desk at the Surgery or a member of our trained reception staff can complete an e-lite over the telephone ; again this is then assessed by the duty Doctor and an appointment is given based on clinical need.
